On June 4, 2025 Ricardo from Private Solar Care came out and cleaned my panels. Communication was excellent, from the initial inquiry to job completion. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Ricardo arrived on time and was professional. The cleaning process was clearly explained, and all questions were answered. 20 plus panels were thoroughly cleaned using what appeared to be specialized equipment. Before and after pictures/videos were sent, which allowed seeing the difference without going onto the roof. The panels look spotless and I am excited to see what my next bills looks like, unfortunately I don’t have access to the solar panel monitoring system. Overall, the service from Private Solar Care is highly recommended for solar panel cleaning. I even received a complimentary pressure wash cleaning of my patio.
